Following an altercation on New Year’s Eve, the Miami-Dade State Attorney announced its intentions Thursday to prosecute the ‘Sneaker Don,’ an entrepreneur with a large social media following who is known for selling rare sneakers to celebrities and online to the public.

The suspect, Benjamin Kapelushnik, 21 years old, is facing a second-degree felony for one count of strong-armed robbery, according to Miami-Dade County Corrections and Rehabilitation records. He is released on $7,500 bond.
