Wednesday's attack on the U.S. Capitol Building could result in federal charges in South Florida, as U.S. Attorney Ariana Fajardo Orshan announced plans to prosecute any South Floridians involved.
Orshan, who President Donald Trump appointed to office, called the pro-Trump riot "an intolerable attack on our democracy." The event resulted in five deaths.
