In his few remaining hours in office, President Donald Trump pardoned a big-name Miami developer accused of fraud and bribery in a push to shoehorn his daughter into the University of Southern California.
Robert Zangrillo is the only one to be pardoned out of roughly 53 defendants in the massive 2019 college admission scandal, which put two Hollywood actresses in prison.
