Seeking opportunities for growth in mid-market international deals, Berger Singerman has brought on two partners, Daniel Hudson from Baker McKenzie, and David Camhi, who was Payless ShoeSource’s chief legal officer.

Hudson and Camhi said in an interview that their practice is poised for growth as capital from foreign investors migrates to South Florida and as Latin American companies look to avoid Big Law fees in the region. That’s where Berger Singerman, an 85-attorney firm based in Miami, sees opportunity.
