Developer Crocker Partners LLC has lost its appeal of a $137.6 million private property rights protection act claim over its vision for multifamily construction in Midtown Boca.

Crocker Partners, led by Angelo Bianco and Chris Eachus, sued the city of Boca Raton under the Bert J. Harris Jr. Act, alleging the city failed to enact zoning allowing Crocker to build apartments in Midtown, thus trumping its property rights.
