Tallahassee-based law firm Bryant Miller Olive has elected a new firm leader as the firm prepares for a busy year ahead.

Miami-based shareholder JoLinda Herring is the firm’s new CEO and managing shareholder, the 38-attorney firm announced this month.  Herring, who started at the firm in May 1994 as a law clerk. is the first Black woman to hold the position at the firm.
