Lawmakers are poised this year to pass legislation to protect health-care providers and other types of businesses from lawsuits related to COVID-19.
But while the House and Senate unveiled identical bills for nonhealth-care businesses, their proposals aren't the same when it comes to legal protections for long-term care providers, hospitals, physicians and other parts of the health-care industry.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
