An insurance dispute over the death of a former Tampa attorney found dead in a Walmart parking lot with 56 grams of acetaminophen in his system was the focus of the first online civil jury trial in Florida federal court.
Armed with heartbreaking security footage, a toxicology report and testimony from witnesses around the country, jurors had to decide whether Desmond H. Staple died accidentally or by suicide.
