A jury found that a Walmart shopper was mostly liable for his fall in a store, but still awarded more than $55,000 for injuries the man claimed to have suffered.
The suit's plaintiff, Richard Moronez, slipped and fell near an ice machine in a Merritt Island Walmart at 1500 E. Merritt Island Causeway on May 9., 2016.
