Two Coral Gables attorneys are calling out a small group of lawyers as the alleged remaining obstacle in a case that could provide millions of dollars in refunds to consumers, and several million to their lawyers, according to a recent response to an amicus brief.
James L. Kauffman, a Washington D.C.-based partner at Bailey & Glasser, led the group of lawyers, according to Adam Moskowitz and Howard M. Bushman, partners at the Moskowitz Law Firm in Coral Gables and lead co-counsel for the plaintiffs.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
