The Bath Club in Miami Beach, by preeminent developer R. Donahue "Don" Peebles, is on the hook for $1.01 million in damages to its neighboring condominium after a judge determined the luxury condo failed to provide outdoor food service and maintain cabanas pursuant to an arbitration order.
