Under Florida law, a process server could be denied entry into condominiums or gated communities without proper identification. Even if they do not encounter a gatekeeper, the person who was served can dispute the legality of the service in court.

The Miami-Dade Circuit Court added an update to its website Friday in which it provided that it is experiencing delays in the distribution of identification cards for the 2021 certification year and, as a result, the recertification period is being extended for 30 days, through April 9.
