A man involved in a truck accident last spring on Ronald Reagan Turnpike recovered $50,000 via an out-of-court settlement with his insurer.
Diego Guzman, 37, a construction worker, was driving on the northbound side of Ronald Reagan Turnpike, near its interchange at Southwest 40th Street in Miami on May 15, 2020. His truck's right side was struck by the rear portion of a northbound pickup truck that was hydroplaning and spinning.
