Class action plaintiffs attorneys have filed an application for an award of $3.9 million in attorney fees in the U.S. District Court in Fort Lauderdale.

And Seth Lehrman, a partner specializing in class actions at Edwards Pottinger in Fort Lauderdale who is not involved in the litigation, said the application appeared to be well-composed, although attorneys would first need to see is if the settlement receives final approval by the courts and is well received by the class members.
