A real estate buyer who claimed to have been misled about the condition of a commercial  property is now on the hook for tens of thousands of dollars in attorney fees.

Florida Holding 4800 LLC already is subject to a judgment for $84,200 in attorney fees to the seller in the deal gone wrong, Lauderhill Mall Investment LLC. And Wednesday it got more bad news from Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal, which found Lauderhill Mall Investment is also entitled to appellate fees.
