A Sarasota County jury awarded $300,000 to a man for injuries he attributed to a December 2014 motor-vehicle collision in Sarasota.
Plaintiff Lester Byres Ralph, 52, a massage therapist, was driving on Desoto Road, near its intersection at Washington Blvd. in Sarasota. When Ralph reached the intersection, he stopped, to yield to cross traffic. His car’s rear end was struck by a trailing van driven by Matthew Lee Kube.
