A Palm Beach County jury rejected a man who claimed that he injured a knee and his spine in a motor-vehicle accident.

On April 18, 2019, plaintiff Michael Thompson, 21, a deliveryman, was driving on the southbound side of Haverhill Road, near its intersection at Dyer Boulevard, in the city of West Palm Beach. His pickup truck’s left side was struck by a car whose driver was executing a U-turn onto the southbound side of Haverhill Road, from the northbound side of Haverhill Road.
