A case in Florida's Fourth District Court of Appeal reemphasized the standard required to pierce the corporate veil in litigation.
The dispute hinged on whether a plaintiff, relying on a link between corporations, could pull a third party into the case. The trial judge found it could, but the appellate court disagreed.
