A judge who sits on the Miami-Dade County Court resigned Tuesday, according to the spokeswoman for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
Miami-Dade County Court Judge Miguel "Mike" Mirabal rose to the bench Jan. 5 after winning his seat in an election. April 30 is scheduled to be his last day.
