Holland & Knight has hired former NBCUniversal data privacy attorney Hilary Lane to join its data strategy, security and privacy team as partner, the firm announced earlier this month. In a press release, practice leader Mark Melodia said the group is handling an "unprecedented amount of work" as corporations continue to leverage consumer data and prepare for a wave of privacy laws.
