Update: On July 26, U.S. District Judge Alan Albright of the Western District of Texas dismissed with prejudice the claims against Baylor University and defendant Michael Woodson. On Sept. 10, the judge dismissed without prejudice all claims against Brian Boland.
Litigators from Texas and Florida are the latest to represent a former student suing Baylor University in Waco for its handling of a sexual harassment allegation connected to an athletics program.
