The Miami-based Am Law 100 firm Holland & Knight has hired former SoftBank deputy general counsel Enrique Conde to join its corporate, M&A and securities, and Latin American practice groups, the firm announced Wednesday.
In an interview, corporate practice co-leader David Barkus said Conde’s hiring opened up opportunities for the firm in Latin America.
