Thanks to an active homebuilding market and the continued Florida migration, South Florida firms have reported steady demand for construction and real estate lawyers in the past year — and those practices are sustaining firms upstate, too.

Midsize Tallahassee law firm Ausley McMullen has added four attorneys this month to its construction and real estate teams, two practices that sustained the firm during the pandemic, said firm president Michael Glazer.
