A jury declined to award damages to the family of a man killed in a vehicular accident in Boynton Beach.
On March 19, 2019, plaintiff’s decedent Arshia Poursartip, 38, a store’s manager, was driving on the eastbound side of West Boynton Beach Boulevard, near its intersection at West Industrial Avenue, in the city of Boynton Beach.
