Wellington developer Mark Bellissimo has bought 5.5 acres of land for $18 million from New York billionaire Neil Hirsch, according to the Palm Beach County Appraiser's Office.
The land is located at 13410 South Shore Blvd. in Wellington, near the Wellington Equestrian Center, multiple shops and restaurants and the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center.
