Foreclosure defense attorneys are celebrating a decision in Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal, which could require the losing parties on any side of a foreclosure case to pay the winner’s attorney fees.

The adjustment came after the State Supreme Court remanded in favor of homeowners Arlene R. Ghent and David M. Henry in the Ghent v. HSBC Mortgage Services dispute.
