In June, Brinkley Morgan partner Julia Wyda was sworn in as the 99th president of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Wyda has served on the board of the voluntary bar association since 2013, when she became president of its Young Lawyers Section. The Boca Raton-based family law attorney was named president-elect last year.

In an interview, Wyda said her main goals as president are to help local residents in need of legal services and attorneys who have struggled during the pandemic, specifically young lawyers who missed out on quality mentorship and women attorneys with children.
