Two weeks after the early-morning partial collapse of Champlain Towers South in Surfside, The Florida Bar has launched a task force aimed at pinpointing any legislative and regulatory changes needed to prevent a similar tragedy from happening. 

Carlton Fields attorney Bill Sklar in West Palm Beach will chair the Condominium Law and Policy on Life Safety Task Force, which will review all aspects of Florida condominium law, development, association operations and maintenance.
