After their client sustained an injury in 2015 from a car crash, Orlando attorneys Adrienn Toth, Rick Block and Alicia Smith of Morgan & Morgan won a $4 million verdict for permanent injuries on behalf of plaintiff Jose Marel Cardona.

“This was a case where the defense had a $250,000 insurance policy and they never offered it. The highest offer came in, before we got the case, at $42,000,” Toth said. “I think sometimes lawyers shy away from trying cases, and even in the middle of trial, tried to resolve with us even when we felt like things were going great for us. So try not to have any fear, and believe in your case and your client. And always push forward.”
