The South Florida Chapter of the Federal Bar Association hosted a tri-county event about implicit bias and the justice system Wednesday.

William C. Snowden, an attorney and founder of The Juror Project, which is based in New Orleans, led the discussion. He said that while everyone has biases, there are strategies to identify and acknowledge them, and develop a solution to disrupt them.
