Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith filed an insurance lawsuit Thursday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of Evanston Insurance Co. The suit over injuries at a hotel construction worksite brings claims against Rinaldi Insurance Co. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
