Quinn Emanuel attorneys have secured a temporary consent order in a South Florida court on behalf of Aon companies in a case over a rival’s alleged misappropriation of trade secrets and confidential information about its customers.

Aon Risk Services Inc. of Florida, Aon Group Inc. and Aon Risk Services Companies Inc. claimed in the action that Marsh USA Inc. and other defendants recruited 44 of its employees as part of a planned attack on its business.
