Health CareFaegre Drinker Biddle & Reath filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Monday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of TMX Healthcare Technologies. The suit takes aim at Halifax Medical Center Hospital for alleged failure to pay sums owed under a technology services agreement. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 6:21-cv-01246, TMX Healthcare Technologies LLC v. Halifax Medical Center Hospital.
