Legal ServicesIn April, the 541-attorney Florida law firm Cole, Scott & Kissane launched a GC services practice aimed at small and midsize companies with a variety of legal needs. "A lot of these business owners are running their companies on the fly, and they don't have the legal support they probably need," Clouser said in an interview. "We thought it was a good way to provide value to small and midsize businesses."
