Scott Allen and Edwin Cruz of Jackson Lewis have entered appearances for Island Hospitality Management LLC, doing business as Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale North, in a pending lawsuit over alleged violations of the ADA. The complaint, which alleges that defendant's hotel properties are not handicap accessible, was filed June 22 in Florida Southern District Court by the law office of Gregory S.
