Indian River Memorial Hospital Inc. was sued Friday by Morgan & Morgan in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of Patrick Williamson, a military veteran who suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and alleges that the hospital violated the ADA by not allowing him to enter the hospital with his service dog. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-14318, Williamson v. Indian River Memorial Hospital Inc.
