Trenam filed an employment lawsuit Friday in Florida Middle District Court against Baycare Medical Group Inc., St. Joseph's Hospital and Anand Nayee, MD. The suit brings gender discrimination and retaliation claims on behalf of pediatric surgeon Tara J. Loux, MD. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 8:21-cv-01891, Loux v.
