Appellate Brief: Fla. Supreme Court Requires Implementation of Case Management Orders in Civil Cases
The amendment required each of the state's chief judges to issue an administrative order, applicable to each county within the judicial circuit, that would take effect on April 30.

Civil AppealsOn April 13, the Florida Supreme Court issued Amendment 12 to Administrative Order AOSC20-23 "In Re Comprehensive Covid-19 Emergency Measures for Florida Trial Courts." The court originally issued AOSC20-23 on April 6, 2020, as one of a number of administrative orders addressing court procedures throughout the state during the COVID-19 pandemic. Amendment 12 revised Section III.G., which is the section of AOSC20-23 relating to civil case management requirements.
