Counsel at Shutts & Bowen on Friday removed an employment discrimination lawsuit against Sprint/United Management Co. to Florida Southern District Court. The suit was filed by Remer & Georges-Pierre on behalf of Alan Javier Federow, who alleges race and age-based discrimination and retaliation. The case is 1:21-cv-22947, Federow v. Sprint/United Management Company.
