Seacor Holdings Inc. has acquired U.S. Shipping Partners L.P., a long-haul marine transportation company for chemicals and petroleum. Financial terms were not disclosed. Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based Seacor Holdings was advised by Milbank. Edison, New Jersey-based U.S. Shipping was represented by Norton Rose Fulbright and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld partners Kerry Berchem, Meng Ru and Rolf Zaiss.
