Hinshaw & Culbertson filed an insurance lawsuit Friday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of Hallmark Insurance Company. The complaint takes aim at Main Line Jet and other defendants, and seeks a declaration over coverage for water damage to an aircraft. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
