Lawyers at Hall Booth Smith on Monday removed a medical malpractice and wrongful death lawsuit against the Grand Villa of Delray East and JSMGV Management Co. to Florida Southern District Court. The complaint was filed by Shevin Law Firm on behalf of the Estate of Rebeca Yore, a patient who passed away after contracting COVID-19 due to alleged staff negligence.
