Morgan & Morgan filed an employment discrimination lawsuit Monday in Florida Middle District Court against CFS Roofing Services. The suit was brought on behalf of Hector Gomez-Hernandez, a disabled veteran alleging violations of the Uniformed Service Employment and Reemployment Rights Act. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-00610, Gomez-Hernandez v. CFS Roofing Services, LLC.
