Lawyers at Greenberg Traurig; and Shook, Hardy & Bacon on Monday removed a product liability lawsuit against Becton Dickinson, a medical device maker, and other defendants to Florida Southern District Court. The complaint was filed by Goldberg & Rosen on behalf of Maickoll Papastavros. The case is 1:21-cv-22966, Papastavros v. C.R. Bard, Inc. et al.
