A Florida appellate panel reversed and remanded a trial court ruling that dismissed a complaint with prejudice for fraud on the court.
And plaintiffs counsel John R. Kelso said in court documents that the case shows how, after years of "manipulation," a judge could succumb to "lies told often enough to become truths."
