Ronald Nisonson has joined Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman in Boca Raton as a partner. Nisonson's practice focuses on contracts, corporate and commercial litigation, construction litigation, professional liability litigation and insurance defense litigation.
Stephen O. Ayeni Jr., Morgan Metzger and Brittney Savino have joined Hinshaw & Culbertson in Coral Gables as associates, and Livia Vieira has joined as an associate in Fort Lauderdale. Ayeni's practice focuses on civil rights and constitutional litigation, commercial litigation, government and labor & employment. Metzger's practice focuses on counseling clients on a variety of business and commercial transactions focusing on matters involving real estate. Savino's practice focuses on advising corporations and insurance companies on a wide range of insurance-related matters. Vieira's practice focuses on representing clients in insurance coverage and defense disputes and assisting with matters involving first-party, third-party and bad-faith claims. Jason Slatkin has joined Lorium Law in Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton as of counsel.
