This week, the Florida Supreme Court will publicly reprimand Charlotte Circuit Judge Scott H. Cupp and Citrus Circuit Judge Richard Howard.
And ethics expert Andrew S. Berman, who is not involved in the litigation, said the actions that led to the court entering these disciplinary measures reflected the prohibition on the judiciary becoming involved with political campaigns, either publicly or privately.
