Former Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Martin Zilber resigned in May following an ethics investigation into unauthorized absences and mistreatment of staff. This week, Krinzman Huss Lubetsky Feldman & Hotte announced Zilber had joined the firm as partner.

Martin Zilber resigned from the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court this May after a Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission found that the former judge had taken unauthorized absences and berated his bailiff and judicial assistant, telling the latter subordinate that the timing of her pregnancy was inconvenient.
Despite the allegations, which Zilber admitted to and apologized for, the former Judge found he had options when he re-entered the private sector. After considering multiple law firm and in-house gigs, Zilber landed at South Florida commercial real estate firm Krinzman Huss Lubetsky Feldman & Hotte, the firm announced in late August.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M.
