Former Judge Accused of Misconduct Joins Commercial Real Estate Law Firm
Former Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Martin Zilber resigned in May following an ethics investigation into unauthorized absences and mistreatment of staff. This week, Krinzman Huss Lubetsky Feldman & Hotte announced Zilber had joined the firm as partner.

Law Firm HiringMartin Zilber resigned from the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court this May after a Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission found that the former judge had taken unauthorized absences and berated his bailiff and judicial assistant, telling the latter subordinate that the timing of her pregnancy was inconvenient.
