Am Law 100 firm Cozen O'Connor has expanded its South Florida presence by acquiring two Boca Raton boutiques that shared an office and several support staff: Elder Law Associates PA and Morris Law Group.
Collectively, the merger creates an office of 32 people, including seven attorneys, who now work in Cozen's private client, trusts and estate practice, which now includes nearly 30 attorneys firmwide. The firm also has offices in Miami and West Palm Beach.
