Carnival, the international cruise line headquartered in Florida, was sued Wednesday in Florida Southern District Court for personal injury claims related to a cruise. The lawsuit was filed by Lipcon, Margulies & Winkleman on behalf of Janie Cooper. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-23329, Cooper v. Carnival Corporation.
